Pilgrimage Agreement
This agreement confirms that QBH Travels & Tours Pakistan will provide pilgrimage travel
services for Iraq, Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia as per the selected package.
Services may include visa assistance, transportation, accommodation, meals, and group
coordination.
The pilgrim agrees to provide accurate information, make timely payments, and follow the
laws, rules, and group instructions during the journey.
The pilgrim accepts responsibility for personal health, documents, and belongings, while
the company will make reasonable arrangements but is not liable for delays, cancellations,
medical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to package-specific policies, and the agreement is
governed by the laws of Pakistan.
